ElanTech provides technical services to the Government for multiple disciplines – one of them being Infrastructure and Software. ElanTech software engineers provide technical expertise in support of the Government’s acquisition of C4ISR systems and capabilities.
ElanTech provides infrastructure and software support for DCGS-A and DCGS-IC. Examples of key aspects of our support are noted below:
- Provide technical support to the Program Manager and/or Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative (PM/COTR) for Infrastructure and Software Integrated Product Teams (IPT) efforts for C4ISR programs
- Lead the Infrastructure and Software IPT meetings, conduct trade studies, resolve technical issues and ensure the IPT meets the system specifications that have been allocated to it by the System Engineering IPT
- Participate in Engineering Review Boards to provide software architecture and performance expertise while discussing the Product Change Requests (PCRs) with the development contractors
- Provide technical evaluations to the PM/COTRs for development contractor proposals
- Participate in Joint Configuration Control Board (JCCB) Meetings to provide technical background on PCRs which involve the Infrastructure and Software IPT in order for the Government to determine priorities and ranking of capabilities
- Participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) held at the development contractor's facilities
- Attend design reviews to ensure the development contractors are meeting the intent of the requirements
- Provide evaluations/white papers of new and emerging technologies
